Absolutely outstanding customer service! The Team are friendly and reassuring. I'm always a little protective of my vehicle and want to make sure it is handled well.My requests for 'extra' on my service where met with - we do that anyway

Recently I visited the Stilwell location under some desperate circumstances. I was visiting Adelaide from Victoria over the Easter weekend. It was essential we left on the Tuesday morning however on Monday evening when we arrived back to our hotel I noticed a bad smell from the engine and popped the bonnet to see my battery was smoking. Long story, short. The next morning battery was dead and unsafe to jump start. Stilwell Ford (completely overbooked due to Holidays) still managed to fit me in, replace the battery (which can’t be purchased and self replaced from a super heap etc...) check the alternator, electrical systems and get me back on the road safely.I called a few other Ford dealers prior who said there was no way to get me in but the great people at Stilwell Ford accommodated me professionally and went above and beyond routine customer care to help me. I can’t thank them enough for their help and professionalism.

The customer service is great. Complimentary coffee, nice seating area and very friendly staff. Unfortunately for me the Mustang has been back 3 times now and still has the same electrical fault

Poor communication. Was told I'd get a call back same day to confirm booking time. Nothing back in over a week. Room for improvement is needed.

The staff is helpful generally but needs to support customers better when out of their own comfort zone
