Went with a friend who was looking for a better deal due to price rise. Happy with the service, ran into a problem with the switch over, no service for a couple of hours.

I met a clerk named Morgan here. She helped us to solve every problem of the cell phone and answered every question patiently. I felt relaxed here when waiting for Morgan changing my SIM card. It's definitely a good Optus shop here.

This is directed at Optus and their customer service more than the employees at this location, but where the problem started. Go with literally any other phone company, their customer support is dodgy and unhelpful.I purchased a pre-paid card and needed to renew after a month, I went into the Optus store and asked to renew it with them because their app has so many bugs and history of data breaches.The employee informed me that to continue getting the deal I should go through the app. The app kept registering errors when trying to re-charge my account. It would not recognize the payment, but noticed later the charges appeared on my card. This happened twice, before the payment got registered the 3rd time. The employee at the store created a ticket with their support team and said the refund would be no issue

Excellent service if you want a new contract! But don't take a phone there to be repaired. My wife took her phone (on contract) to the shop as it was not functioning properly. They lost it! And despite having an email about the repairs they said there was nothing they could do. Now they have the cheek to ask her if she would like to renew her contract...

Only 2 staff members on shift during Christmas period. Waited 45 minutes and walked out without being helped. I thought the tables and chairs were there so you could be comfortable while waiting, but apparently it's so you can be comfortable while watching everyone that comes in after you be helped before they get to you. Next time I'll hover uncomfortably or let my kid start banging on staff computers as it seems that's the only way you get prompt service

The only reason I give this store 1 star is because of the lovely young guy that ended up helping me (spewing I didn't ask his name). Got to the store....it was busy. Asked to sit & wait (at least they had chairs). Was served by one young bloke...Rude & didn't seem to care about my problem. I told him I needed a new phone....no biggy. Showed him my old phones" he said "you don't need new phone. I can probably fix this" ...OK I thought...saves me money. Anyhoo turns out it did NOT fix my problem. So my husband said we will purchase new phone. He walked away & started serving someone else & totally ignored me.If it wasn't for the other young man in there I(&the fact I need a phone for work) I would have left. If you are expecting great service....go elsewhere"

I never write a review or complain but I feel the need to share my experience to inform others.Horrible customer service.I went twice within a week and both times had the same level of disappointing customer service.I was ignored when I walked into the shop and I was seen by multiple staff members and then I waited to be served patiently but apparently when someone else walks in they take them before you.They also forgot to cancel my temporary plan which meant I was paying for 2 plans. Don't worry Optus Park Beach I did your job for you and cancelled my plan..

Went in there to see if a $180 was to much money to get a glass Cover replaced on my Samsung A12 phone .Waited and ignored for 20 minutes.Then got asked what I wanted.Then when I told him .He went on about owning a $900 dollar phone .And the screen to replace would be alot more .Maybe I shouldve dressed up in a suit .flashed some Cash ?I've been with telstra for years .Don't know if the mobile plan is any better .But I'm sure the Customer service would be .
