Benny Martin - Wedding & Event Pianist

Ben was absolutely fantastic. To start with, he was super on top of communication, always getting back to emails quickly so it was easy to communicate details with him. He went above and beyond for us to provide the perfect music for our ceremony. It was held in our parish church (as we're both Catholic) and other members of our parish were also helping with music service. Ben + Bec (on piano and cello) both seamlessly blended in with the parishioners (guitar and voices) and the music was absolutely so beautiful. Ben even went out of his way to attend a rehearsal with the other parishioners in our church prior to the wedding which we appreciate so much as all the music was flawless. He's so lovely and can't recommend his services enough!!

We provided a list of contemporary and popular music for Benny to perform at our wedding ceremony. Benny’s performance was outstanding, providing beautiful renditions of the music suitable for the event. My now wife and I were lucky enough to have Benny Martin perform at our ceremony in February.He added a very special touch of class to the day and was very accommodating with our requests. With such an amazing list of songs it's hard not to find the perfect songs. Benny and Rebecca played the piano and cello for our wedding ceremony. Occasionally there was a delay between communication but Benny did always respond after one follow-up. We requested one song that was not part of his repertoire by sending him a Youtube link and requested an abridgement. We also asked if it would be possible to get a basic recording of this abridged version so we could check the procession timing. Incredibly, he obliged and sent us a recording. He also offered, free of charge, to visit our venue the week before our wedding and check that the piano at the site was in tune. We were surprised by how above and beyond he went! On the day itself, he arrived very early to prepare and the music started on time. He followed the cues sent to him previously, everything ran smoothly and the music was absolutely beautiful. I always wanted a piano and string combination at my wedding, and hiring them was one of the best decisions I made (although ironically as the bride, I don’t get to enjoy the music on the day!).

Our original piano player for our wedding was unfortunately unable to make it due to COVID. Benny stepped in the day before the wedding and learnt all of our songs for the ceremony. His communication and professionalism made us feel at ease, despite the last minute change. We loved his playing and attention to cues, and everything went smoothly - no-one would have known he only started practising the day before! Thank you again Benny! Would definitely recommend :)

We were lucky enough to have Benny play at our private birthday party function on Saturday night. Ben's extensive repetoire meant the hits just kept rolling - our guests loved it & in the end, everyone was gathered around the piano belting out the hits - it was great. Not only is Ben a highly accomplished musician, he is such a delight to deal with. He was happy to play a list of favourites - overall, he was a significant contributor to the evening being a great success. Thanks Ben.

We were lucky enough to have Benny play the beautiful sounds of the grand piano in the chapel at Stones for our wedding ceremony. In the lead up to the wedding, Benny was very helpful and kind in accomodating songs that we wanted played for our ceremony. We cannot thank him enough for his beautiful rendition on the piano of “From this moment”. The way he played it as I walked down the aisle is a moment that will stay with me forever! Everyone commented on how wonderful he was! We couldn’t be happier with our choice of musician. Thanks a lot Benny, you made our day!

I’m not sure how I can possibly explain the magic Ben creates with his musical playing. He was professional and easy going throughout all stages of working with him. He made my wedding day a dream and his music is something guests have been raving about weeks after our wedding. We are so greatful to have found an easy to work with, kind natured and extremely talented musician for our special day. I cannot recommend working with him highly enough!
