Was contacted by this company to pick up a parcel from international purchase. Great communication and friendly staff who were very helpful

Have been waiting for a delivery for about two weeks, did not receive notice of delivery on the day until after it had come and gone. The delivery driver did not ring the doorbell, or knock on the door, despite a family member sitting in the lounge in front of the door. I was informed that they only noticed there was a vehicle out the front when the truck drove away. I expected at least a text or even an email about the delivery, yet I received nothing and only realised that I had missed a delivery after I came home from work and discovered the “we missed you” card. The StarTrack website updated the package tracking with “delivery failed” immediately after having updated to “onboard for delivery”. Disappointed that I now have to go to the depot to collect my package, especially seeing as I am also incredibly busy for the remainder of the week.

Customer service was top notch from the girls I collected my package from. They were kind enough to serve me even a couple of minutes after closing!

Geraldton Transport are linked with TNT . They delivered an electric bike from Queensland over Christmas 2022 and it arrived within 10 days !

On more than one occasion I've tried to get things delivered through star track every time my other half has been home waiting they just pull up and drop a ticket in the mailbox and don't even knock on the door or beep the horn if I done half a job I'd have no job so now I need to waste my lunch break just because a delivery driver is slack thanks hey.... update they are getting better so I bumped my review from one star to two as they actually knock on the door now.. I have a few packages coming soon so if all goes well I'll bump the review up so let's wait and see
