My car stopped because of the bad alternator last week. The roadside assistant came really quick and diagnosed well. He had to organise a tow truck. Even the tow truck come really quick and nice. He’s name is Ercan. I really appreciated for quick service, professional and kindness.

In Beverley, tyres on the caravan were doomed by a tyre dealers rattle gun. Our battery powered Ryobi gun couldn’t shake tyres loose. Called RAC and they were outstanding. A guy named Richard, a local contractor, turned up much sooner than expected and had us back on the road in minutes. Can’t ask for more than that. Would have liked to hang around in town for breakfast but nothing was open.

I felt that there was something wrong with the car so I limped back to my driveway, on Friday afternoon. There wasn't a very long wait for the patrolman who very quickly diagnosed the problem with confidence. He also arranged for the tow (my Jag is always a tow), and gave me a $20 voucher towards the cost. The tow truck didn't take as long as expected either. All in all, it was a bad situation made somewhat better by the way it was handled.

Brilliant. The operator on the phone was from Texas, a new migrant, and very professional. She called me Miss Julie" which is a VERY Southern way to show respect. Loved it. The mechanic came soon and got me going within minutes. Always pays to have a book to read while waiting."

Absolutely very grateful for having RAC service whilst on my Australian Outback Adventure Ride. The guy based in Katherine Northern Territory was so very skilled in loading my motorcycle properly. Well done.

My partner had her jeep serviced here, they where pleasant enough but they didn't diagnose a problem with the driving headlights and key fob, at the prices one pays for workmanship nowadays you expect trouble free motoring.

It took a few hours for the tow truck driver to arrive but he was kind enough to call early on and apologise for the delay. He was a wonderful gentleman who offered some valuable advice which I took (with regards to my original intention to have the vehicle towed to an auto repair outlet and leave it unattended). I'm so glad I took his advice and had it towed home instead. He also advised I was entitled to 2 tows based on my membership type which was also welcome news. This was outstanding customer service and greatly appreciated.

I received extremely prompt attention which surprised me since I was expecting to wait several hours but RAC arrived within 30 minutes. Actual time to deal with my problem was no more than 20 minutes. The RAC technician was courteous & competent.

Very helpful and gave honest assessment of my cars battery problem. Fitted a new battery which he had on hand already. I didnt wait as long as the operator had told me the mechanic would take to attend to help me. Very satisfied with his professional and polite service.
