If you want some decent service hit up Andrew. He is a pretty straight shooter and was willing to work towards getting you a good deal. While we didn't purchase from here they are worth a visit. Great deals

If you need a loan car during your service, (as they like your car there by 9am and pick up at 4pm), It's a 6-8 week wait time.You'd think after so many years of having the issue they'd get another one or two so as to keep the cars flowing through the service bay. Especially when you pay a minimum $250 premium just to have it serviced by the company name.Have been quoted $300 less through another very reputable service centre

Do not buy a new car from here if they scratch it. They won’t fix it. You’ll drop your car off after buying it. They’re brand-new under warranty and 30,000 k’s my tyres are both canvas at the front my fuel filter air filter and engine oil haven’t been serviced at 15000 . I’m now seeing a new mechanic that has advised me of this stuff. I’m very upset being a brand-new car that I paid cash to blue ribbon motors for the criminals and the very rude and disrespectful to the point where the owner rang me when he was on holidays and had a few beers and decided that it was okay to swear and abuse me very unprofessional to not buy a car from this place.

Just received our new triton really happy with the car and the service we received from Michael was very much appreciated. The car took alittle bit longer than expected at no fault of Blue Ribbon or Michael. The wait was well worth it and the correspondence that Michael gave with phone calls and e-mails kept us up to date My husband and I both feel that Michael is a credit to the company and we would definitely recommend Blue Ribbon in buying your next car.

Didn't reset service reminder on the dash, claimed the tyres to be at 3mm when they're near new duratracs at 10mm +, didn't fill the washer bottle, didn't receive a phone call saying it was completed till 4:45pm. I'll find another dealer.
