Dropped our dogs off for a week!. Our Girl Halle is aggressive.. Couldnt believe the difference. And the emails letting us know they were okay. We were able to enjoy our break. Best service we've found

I felt very confident leaving my pets with Shea and her staff. They were very competent handlers . Drop off and pick up were hassle free and all my dogs needs were taken care of. Our dogs really enjoyed their stay. Look forward to using the kennels again.

100% recommend. Just left our two boys (one Rottweiler and one Border Collie) at Grand Haven Pet Resort for the first time (and their first time in a kennel). They stayed for a week and they didn't want to come home! The boys loved their stay there, loved playing with the other dogs (they have never been around many dogs before, but Shae and the time made sure they were put with suitable dogs and socialised and now they have so many doggy friends!) and their walks and swims in the dam (and had photo and email updates of the boys - they looked so happy!).Couldn't be happier with Shae and her team and will be using Grand Haven whenever the boys need a kennel.

Our pooch just loves it here. We have been leaving him here for about 8 years while we go on holidays and would not leave him anywhere else.

Our little Molly can be a bit delicate and has some special needs, but she was so well looked after and so very happy when we went to collect her. You could just tell that she enjoyed her puppy holiday. We wouldn't hesitate to leave her with Shae again. She's fantastic! THANKS

My Dogs & Cats recently visited for an extended holiday.They have had short stays previously and have always seemed healthy and happy upon pick up and excited to arrive for drop off.My recent stay was 7.5wks and I can tell my Pets did not want to come home.The photo updates were fabulous, seeing the dogs play with friends, enjoy running around the farm and swimming in the dam.And my Cats relaxing, having cuddle time and looking very content away from their own environment.All pets arrived home very happy, exhausted from a fun, active vacation and looking in great condition (dropped off 1 overweight dog and 1 slightly underweight due to recent medical issue) and was worried cats would not eat due to stress.I was kept up to date with their eating habits and weight gain/loss as this was a big concern I had.The staff are welcoming, happy to answer all my questions and address my concerns (and put up with my endless, panicked emails in the lead up to leaving them)We certainly will be back and trust our pets are loved and safe here.Thank you!

Shae and her staff are extremely caring and professional. They know their animals and take care of them as if they were their own. My dogs had the best time at Grand Haven and I loved receiving the email and photo updates showing how much fun they were having together. 100% recommend Grand Haven and will be using their resort again in the future.

My boys go here every time. The staff are great, the boys come back clean, in good condition and no behavioural issues.

My 2 dogs shared a kennel space for a couple of nights here and were happy and clean (after being hydrobathed) when I picked them up. Great value for money. Would definitely book again and recommend.
