Australian Leak Detection

Very poor customer service. Left a message for them to call back to arrange for someone to come out. Was told the same day that they could come out the week of the 8th November. No one called me back, gave them the benefit of the doubt given that there was severe storms in the area so suspected they would be inundated with calls. Followed them up after not hearing from them for a week to then be told they couldn't get someone out until the 2nd December. Absolutely disgraceful. Have since been in contact with another company who have been extremely helpful and someone is able to come out in just over a week. Would not recommend Australian Leak Detection to anyone.

The best people for leak detection! Plumbers couldn't find it, but Australian Leak Detection sorted it out on the first go!

We called up this company to find a leak in our pool. We booked in before Christmas and they gave us a date to come 3 weeks later. We were keeping the pool full and clean like they stated it needed to be (very hard when there is a leak in your pool).The morning of the appointment, when they should have been there, they sent a message with a new date for 2 weeks later. I called and they said they would send someone out in the afternoon. They came late, said the pool was dirty and wouldn’t be doing anything and gave us a date for 2 weeks later.The pool was clear, you could clearly see the bottom of it, they didn’t test the water at all and left.Clearly they just over booked us and didn’t have time but insisted, several times, we pay the $77 call out fee. I should send them my water bill and a days worth of pay for being home wasting our time. Extremely disappointed!

Great service, detailed report. Saved me tearing up some perfectly good tiles that only need a re-grout.

Paid $750.00 to have a pool liner fixed, that leaked 2 days after, to be told that the liner needs replacing. Also the last point on there Terms and conditions, is that they give no Warranties. They don't tell you that, you have to read the terms. Would never recommend then to anyone to use. Very upsetting experience with them.

I had a representative out to look at a leak we have from our ensuite shower. I was so impressed with their service, so friendly, efficient and really took the time to explain the problem and look at possible solutions. Thank you! I hope I do not need your services again, however If I do, you will definitely get the job!

Waited 3 weeks for a pool leak inspection and the morning of the inspection they cancelled. Which was ok but could not fit me in for another week. By this stage I had new tenants coming in and I asked if they would do a weekend or public holiday but was told it was not their policy. I asked for an exception given the cancellation on their part but they would not accommodate me. The worst part was, when I said this was very poor, the owner subsequently lied directly to me on the phone pretending she was just the messenger" and couldnt do anything about it.The customer comes last with Australian Leak detection."

Really happy with the service provided by Sean at ALD. He came to my property and did a thorough inspection of my storm water and sewerage lines. He found a number of issues that require repair, took the time to talk me through them and even suggested some potential remedies. Couldn't be happier with the service.
