Great service and explanation from staff to help my wife and I purchase a pram that was right for us.

Debbie & Stephanie went above and beyond to help me purchase my pram (turned into a bit of a complex situation!.) I was really impressed by their patience and customer service prowess, and so grateful for their help! Thank you :)

Staff are friendly and helpful. Had been to a different baby store to get a pusher. I knew exactly what I wanted but the person wouldn't listen and tried to sell me something I didn't want. I left and went to baby bunting. Not only did they listen to what I was saying they price matched the other store and beat it by 5% I go there for all my baby needs now. I highly recommend this store

Bought my carseat from baby bunting, daughter vomited all over it so had to take apart and was having trouble threading straps back through properly so that the straps would tighten when i pulled on the leaver. nothing to do with installation of the car seat as this is something i can was just having trouble with the straps not tightening so called to see if i could have someone help me with threading of the straps on the car seat. Was told this would be fine and someone in store could take a look. Drove to the store without my daughter (i live a fair way out of town), person said i have to get the car seat installer, Marty to look.Called again the next day to see if he was available to book in with over the coming week, person said they could help me and to bring the car seat in if it was just threading the straps and not actually installing the car seat, i was relieved. so i called again the next day to make sure someone was in store to help me only to be told they cannot help with this and to book with car seat installer Marty.. I was told different advice by different staff members which is really frustrating.I have been waiting for baby bunting to help me with this what i would assume to be a simple task for them (pretty much just taking a look to see where i've gone wrong in threading the straps) before i can take my daughter safely in the car seat.I thought. But i was wrong. and am frustrated/disappointed with the lack of care.

They boast about a $10 discount per $200 spent instore, I have spent $1970 at Baby bunting Ballarat and have never once received this discount, Every time I make a purchase I enquire as to whether I have earned the discount to which I receive rude responses and attitude from employee's. This scheme definitely sounds like a ruse to get customers instore with the potential of saving money, but so far seems to be false information. Never mind the miniscule discount, but with the rude attitudes of the employee's I couldn't recommend shopping here at all.

Today we went with friends to go check out baby items and have a play with products. We were so lucky to have Megan ask if we needed help. Megan was an absolute delight. She was incredibly knowledgeable, honest and genuine. It is so refreshing to find this type of service these days. Megan - you're a star and BB you need to get her into management!!

Good experience in store and excellent customer service from Charmaine. I'm Happy to shop here, It makes me feel at ease and the staff is always there to offer assistance with the product.
