It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Andersens Carpets - Cairns. Dealt mostly with Claire from the beginning, and no question or request was too much of a hassle. Claire kept me updated with everything and the quality of the flooring is fantastic. Very happy with everything from design choice through to install. Everything was dealt with in a professional manner. Would happily deal with Andersens Carpets again, no question.

Our recent visit to this outlet was very pleasant. We were greeted with friendly smiles from each individual staff member including the very helpful and friendly owners of the store..as it was a very warm day we were so relived to be offered a cool drink.Knowledge of our needs was in abundance and the selections available was exactly what we were looking for.I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a professional friendly service.

Just want to express our gratitude to Darren at the Cairns store. He tolerated our indecisiveness beautifully. Sensational customer service. What a top bloke, seamless experience from deciding on which carpet to the actual laying today. And to top it off Rob the installer did a fantastic job.

Recently I needed to refurbish my mother's house in preparation for renting. From my initial enquiries I was ably assisted by Darren and the team who provided friendly advice and guidance along the way, through to Colin's follow up call at the completion of the job.The quality of the products selected and the professionalism of installation are evident in the end product.
