The customer service was very good, but my passport photos looked artificial like I was photoshopped. They were not accepted by the passport office.

Genuinely such a pleasure going in.The staff are all super friendly, and I’m always able to find what I need. Margot in particular is always a huge help and fantastic to talk to!! I literally recommend this branch to EVERYONE because of how great their service is :)10/10 !

The guys in store went above and beyond to help me yesterday on what was a pretty small sale. Not common to see such good customer service anymore. The staff were obviously very passionate and knowledgeable about cameras.

I was served by Finn today and he is really helpful and patient. Very pleasant experience and managed to get my daughter and my passport photos done quickly and collect the prints after 15 mins!

I was served by James today. He was absolutely wonderful! I brought in some old cameras and he sold me what I asked for and didn't try to sell me things that I as a novice would have bought if he had suggested. He then took me to the tripods and talked me through what would be suitable for my son for Christmas, suggesting I bring him in to chat with other staff who are doing the same course as my son. For a small sale he went above and beyond to be helpful and I came away feeling very happy with his customer service!

Visited Camera House Ringwood to look at upgrading from the kit lens.I had the pleasure of speaking with Fin who provided a number of options and incredible detail including some of his own sample shots he had taken.During our conversation another customer, who happened to be a wedding photographer shared their positive experience with the lens Fin had recommended.

A big shout out to Finn, who is extremely knowledgeable about camera gadgets, and very helpful. We have plenty of gadgets we need to get before our trip next year, and we look forward to having Finn to assist us with our purchase!
