The staff who served me this morning is a scam. She scanned my didi fuel discount barcode but never told me that it didnt go through and was charged the full amount. She never offered the receipt either. She waited til I asked for it. She was so rude. She threatened me that she will take note of my rego so I wont be able to pump petrol there again. The other staff were so nice. Only this lady wearing glasses. She’s been consistently rude. The management should evaluate her performance and how she deals with the til.

The fuel station across the road has restrooms and much friendlier service

Came at 4am and asked for coffee your employee called Chelsea said machine's aren't working. Is that true other wise how come both machine can be broken at same time.

This was the only stop we made on the way to Perth and back to Albany. There was a lady standing at the counter coughing and chatting with the cashier. I had a sore throat that night and laryngitis for a week. And lower respiratory tract infection. Maybe they should choose carefully before having long conversations inside stores, when 1 has a cold or coughing

This woman named Sofi would not let me pump because I got out the car with my friend and the door was a tiny bit open, went to pay but would not let me in and told me it’s because the guy in there was the last one, I paid at the night window and left but my friend had forgotten something so we went back and watched her let 4/5 people go in after we were told we weren’t aloud then told us when we tried going back in she was going to call the cops. I was really polite and told her to have a good night but she wrote on a not pad we were rude and our number plate!! 100% never going there again as this isn’t the first rodeo with her

I went here at 11pm Sunday night, the service was appalling, the female attendant came to the night window and spoke very rudely when I asked for wat I had gone there to get, she walked out the back for a few minutes when she returned I was looking through the front window wondering where she had gone and she yelled at me to get away from the front door when she came back to the night window she put my things in the box and pushed the box quite roughly at me, when I was getting into my car another car pulled up and the female walked up to the night window the attendant was already back over the other side of the store the female was standing at the night window for a few minutes the attendant hadn't bothered to check if anyone was at the window so I lent out and said you might have to go over to the last window and get her attention" I watched the attendant be just as rude to her as she was to me.... I have lived in the area for over 30 years and I have never had to write a review let alone a bad one I hope the level of service increases dramatically for the sake of the business..."

I go here regularly, & the service is great, always friendly, efficient, & professional.

I would like to thank Rochelle. She has made my day the last 6 months great. I work at Armadale hospital, I call in and get my coffee. She a l ways has a smile and I see she always has a smile. It was nice to have a little chat every morning. She made my day. WELL DONE Rochelle.
