They are rude and not helping at all. I arrived there 1 min (true story) later than close out time and they were not willing to help. This was not the first time they are like that. A little bit of humanity would be appreciated in these kind of places

Horrible experience at 3pm on Tuesday, 12th October. The only staff there was not only rude but condescending.If she isn't keen on working there, or in this field then why bother? Retrain or simply do something else.Aus Post should seriously look into this if they're serious about customer service.

Staff ssrving on post office are great however the parcel post is shocking the never knock just leave note saying on one home has happened 3 times when i was home saw the go staright to mail box leave note saying no one home when i was watching them the whole time

What a joke! Always when I buy something that should be delivered to our house, we get a txt from the post office saying that they missed us, it is a lie as we always follow the number track and be at home waiting for it...3 times the same thing!!!!
