I recently moved in Darwin from Geelong, I came in at Joyce Mayne as per friend’s recommendation. Initially going to purchase a laptop, a phone and a modem to help me get started with my new house.First I was pleasantly greeted by the friendly staff members and I went straight to computers section where I think they have planned really well and layout in price point. I was approached by a lovely young lady (Nicole) and asked me if I needed some assistance, I declined her offer as I know what I want, but then she mentioned about a sale that is going on at that time. That for me grabbed my attention.Nicole helped me throughout the sale and thoroughly explained to me the pros and cons of the laptop model that I really wanted to buy, her great attitude and patience with me (as I keep asking questions) makes me feel valued as a customer. Nicole listens to what I said and she answered my questions in an honest way and no lies.She was very transparent in sales, friendly and not pushy (unlike my other experience with HN). She then introduced me the benefits of having a product care, but sadly I did not purchased it as my work involves going to certain places where I definitely know my laptop won’t get covered with it.I had a pleasant experience at Joyce Mayne in Darwin and all of their staff, and Nicole for helping me. I will definitely come back and shop more. You gained another loyal customer. Good job Joyce Mayne!

The Joyce Mayne Darwin store has amazing customer service. I had a lovely lady called Maddie who knew so much about vacuum and carpet cleaners. She was very patient with me and obliging. This was very different to Harvey Norman and Good Guys who were always looking like they couldn't wait to get rid of me and headed straight to the customer's who were looking at the more expensive items, and this is not the first time I've experienced it. Very disappointing HN and GG

Amazing service. We wanted to buy a washing machine and frigid with an extended delivery date. We ended up with a compromise that was a win-win and also bought a dryer. Adam was our sales person and he was excellent - would give him 10 stars.

Do not buy from here!Bought a dishwasher and paid for delivery and installation, and they could not install it correctly, It leaked everywhere and then they tried to replace the hose and it still had issues and would not operate, we had to contact people to fix it and then we had to organise a plumber.Usless

The service from team member Mardie and Manager Gary outweighed the POOR service and follow up from the “computer dept”,(seperate to main store management)Thank you Gary and Mardie for excellent customer care and commitment to good service we have come to expect from Joyce Mayne stores.

I had a terrible experience with Joyce Mayne, in Darwin last month. I bought a new Samsung Galaxy Z flip in November with extended two year warranty. it's a cute one but very fragile and can be damaged easily even with a protective case. It accidentally slipped from my pocket and got broken in the middle. So I went to Joyce Mayne but the customer service was terrible, the person who served me told that he can't do anything because it won't be covered under warranty. Instead of telling me calmly that they will send it to Samsung smartlab for fixing it.At last they said they will send it to smart lab, this happened on Dec 26th.Today, I called Smartlab to inquire about my phone's condition assuming that Joyce Mayne had sent it to them. However, the Samsung smart lab person said they hadn't received anything from Joyce mayne since November 2022. Afterwards I contacted Joyce mayne, and they said that they sent the phone for fixing and are waiting for a reply from Samsung smart lab (What a lie).Is this the way to treat your customers? I expected to be treated fairly and know that I can trust the service by being honest and helpful.

We experienced great service and assistance from Malcolm. He was very knowledgeable and helped us make a great decision. I visited a second time to finalise our purchase and Sam was equally as helpful. Will definitely be back and certainly recommend them.
