Clean Bay Car Wash Strathmore

This must be one of the worst car washes around. Everything is always broken, hoses are leaking card readers don’t work consistently.Also ‘high pressure soap’ = it’s just water. ‘High pressure wax’ barely any again mostly water. The purified water is extremely slow. Yeah I get it can’t be full pressure but it won’t even move the rinse water away so leaves spots anyway. Bubble brush is pretty good though.Also the system where you have to press stop for it to not charger the whole cost is pretty annoying tbh.Vacuums and dryer needing a coin to work is also extra annoying. Also the drier is so hard to predict and you have to move yourself AND there is a panel that hangs just centimetres above and makes me nervous AF.In summary, just go somewhere else lol.

I chose the “deluxe” car wash yesterday and was charged $18.40. Then it didn’t work apart from a few drops of water trickling out. I tried contacting on the business phone number and the message bank was full. Tried the mobile - message says manager on leave until mid Feb. I should have money refunded asap and this car wash should be closed currently as it is out of order. Who will contact me to arrange my full refund?

Very bad automatic car wash section. Charging $18.40 and no blow dry have to pay extra $2 for blow dry onto another bay. Soapy water was stuck inside case door.Caltex which js Amphol now has much better car wash with cheaper price.

This car wash robbed me off, I used my card. I wash for like 8$ worth but the machine keeps on going on till it can fully take the 15$ off of my account. It the notice on the side says to press stop when you are done. But there is no button to stop. I pressed the off button but yeah it kept on going till it took the complete 15$ that it had kept on hold. Very bad experience.

Do not use!! Auto car wash isn't working (after you've paid). Guys on holiday for another 5 weeks and the alternate phone number memory is full. Here's $16 for a car rinse. Please reply to organise my refund when you return to work....

I used the self service wash. The high pressure soap was just water same with wax was just water . The water is very high pressure so that’s a plus. Foaming brush does work good and smells nice. The idea of having a separate air dryer is cool however when I went to use it I put my $3 in and it didn’t turn on. The place is quite dated it feels like it’s 1997 which is cool but it could do with a freshen up. Replace the turbo vacs!!! They’re so broken and don’t have much suction. Use the yellow vacuums they work better

sorry but worst brushless wash ive used, leaves soap and chemicals on your car.... not once many times and my car usually only had dust on it its usually clean.its time to upgrade the 40 years old first ever brushless wash :)

I used my card in EFTPOS for the car wash. I was charged an extra 5$ informing that just in case if I wanted to use it for a longer time if I finish washing early that $5 will be refunded to the account directly. But, once I finish my washing, I didn't get that $5 back. No office onsite to ask about this issue as well. It cost me $15.4 plus $15.4 (should be $7 rest not refunded). Pre soak was throwing soapy water. I had to tap again. I would not go here again and will not recommend anyone else. Once you change settings it takes a minute for it to work properly. I was in the self server where there are stairs for big cars or SUV.

Unfortunately don’t know whether automatic wash has run out of chemicals, but $17 wash for this is not good.When I use the other times here, it comes up heaps better than this.Further to this; within 10 minutes of leaving a message on Sams phone, I received a call back from proprietor.Sam was going to check out the potential issues. He explained the difference between using the automatic car wash, and the do it yourself.His explanation was fair and reasonable.He has offered to refund my $17 payment.Excellent customer service.
