I want to say how wonderful this clinic is, I have been seeing Warren for about 5 years, and I always feel so relaxed and wonderful after my treatment. He just knows what I need and has strong hands for my sore back..and often has great advice on health issues.

Warren with Defined Health is a great therapist. I felt immediate pain relief and had much more movement in my spine & hip after the massage. Warren gave me tips on stretches I could do at home too. Great venue. I'd highly recommend.

Best massage I've had in the northern rivers in a long time. Murray specifically detected my ligament and muscle ailments that needed addressing. He has that gift alot of masseuses do not have linking body relaxation and mechanics. Very easy going nature. I highly recommend.

Warren is a true professional. The room is quiet, peaceful and dim. You can enjoy a great chat with Warren or just doze in silence. Warren’s knowledge and skill are always evident. He is sensitive to your sore spots and knows just what you need. My wife and I often laugh about getting anxious when we fear our blissful massages are nearing the end.
