He gave me all the information I needed and organised a test drive on the spot whilst he evaluated a possible trade-in car. Nick has been great to deal with!Originally called up enquiring on the best price I could get.Most dealers wouldn’t help or said they won’t move the pricing.Had a great chat with Nick who asked all the right questions. I unfortunately couldn’t make it down until a Tuesday to go for a test drive which was his day off as well as mine working in Car sales too.Turns out he lived around the corner from me and offered to bring the car so I could take it for an extended test drive!It’s very rare to find this type of service in Car sales as you never know where it could be heading.Nick took a deep drive in and was accomodating, punctual with communication and just a great guy to talk to.If you’re in the market for a new car, I can’t recommended Alan Mance enough as well as Nick!Thank you for the new Suzuki Jimny and hopefully do some more business in the future!

Super friendly and professional. Excellent customer service and they fixed my issue much quicker than I was expecting. Also I really liked the queueing system at the door to the service dept, works great should you arrive before open.
