Wendy's has the best Vietnamese Roast Pork Rolls, very friendly staff .

I haven't had a Bahn mi this good in a while. Do recommend

Thanks to COVID I am able to explore my neigbourhood bakery/bahn mi place. Wendy’s bakery is a gem. Humble bakery with delicious goodies. I can’t get past their custard tart, French vanilla slice and above all their Vietnamese pork roll! So many choices to choose from. My favourite has got to be the BBQ pork with pork crackling. Simply delish.

Below average service - felt rushed and was an inconvenience to them (even though no one else was waiting behind me) because I took a whole 5 minutes to decide what to order. Banh mi Pork roll was average, I’ve had way better ones elsewhere. Pies were pretty average too.

Not the most welcoming experience but why care if the products are great.Turned out to Not to be the best pie I’ve had, but I did finish it. To top it off the surcharge for paying by eftpos is 15.5%, pie and sauce went from $5.20 to $6.00 charged.Something for you to consider as I will in future. Have a lovely day.

very generous amount of meat in the roast pork roll.*i know you can’t really see the meat in the picture, but the roll is so stuff coz of all the meat inside. haha

I am a long serving customer here, but just recently they have a new staff member who they have employed who is a bit older lady & she is argumentative & rude as she talk on the top of her voice which is not excepted by me & I understand a little bit of what she was saying when i visited the bakery today & she was rude today & last week & today this lady convinced another lady who always served me with respect to charge me extra in what I always get & she never charged me extra & it’s not the $1 extra but it’s the rudeness as they thought I did not know what they were saying & under estimated my knowledge of the language! Next time I will pay $2 extra and walk away but only if this lady is not working.Wendy I love your Vietnamese rolls & I will try coming back but if I see that lady I will walk away as I can’t handle rudeness! But overall you your rolls are yummy but this lady don’t understand how to be hospitable in The hospitality industry. I can’t say I will never be back but if I see her I will definitely walk away & sorry about the 2 stars as that’s done for this lady’s rudeness but your rolls are 5 STARS.SorryCheersCarl
