I went into the shop to buy a laser level. 3 Staff saw me but none offered to help. As I was leaving I was asked if I needed assistance - I've been in the shop for more than half an hour and I needed assistance then......not now when I am leaving.

Toolmart is everything that a hardware store should be. It has skilled staff, a fantastic range and reasonable pricing.I've been coming here on and off for a few years and every visit was worth my time. Their website shows their stock and if it needs to come from another store it just gets done, no fuss, no charge, thank you for your business.Recommended!

Purchased a toolkit through this company, dealing with Peter through the process.Obviously through this current climate, there has been a few supply issues, which I totally understand.Peter was great with communication and keeping me in the know with time frames and helped me get a great deal on my kit.This was my first toolkit purchase with many more tools to come, I will be a repeat customer due to their great service.Thanks again guys.

I went searching for an extension piece to fit my tap to put a new thread in the aluminium base of my rudder bearing which required some attention. I needed the extension to enable the handle to be turned to carry out then new thread. I required the extension to take a 1/4 drive insert and a 3/8 square shank for a ratchet spanner. Initially I was looking for a thread insert but that was proving troublesome.The answer was in a special socket which the staff was able to identify in the very extensive rack of tools and sockets.Thank you very much for your time and patience.
