We recently terminated our commercial tenancy managed by RnH Commercial Southside (as a tenant) and despite making good most of the wear and tear were told that the epoxy coating we had painted on part of the floor (to protect it) had to be extended to the full footprint. When we suggested that to return it to its previous average condition would not be a make good" and coating the entire floor would be an improvement
