shop is a bit careworn and dusty. Most things don't have a price tag - so you have to trust the manager when they 'look it up'. things feel over priced given the shabby presentation.that said I love a treasure and got several things on the day and went out of my way to be friendly (and seemed Manager was friendly in return). Left happy with purchases but suspecting I'd over paid as nothing has price tags, which is always a bit suss. Disappointed to get home and not have a receipt - though I saw it being written up. That could be my fault - so take care to keep track of your receipts - you may need them. Sadly got home and had an item fall apart in my hands. clearly broken and badly glued back together (not restored). just such a let down, so I asked for a refund. Sadly, management not having a bar of it and not particularly friendly in shouting down the phone (Whilst my mother in law was in the shop for me, as I'd had to return home overseas) it was fine when you left" and 'you buy things as is'. I was offered store credit

Absolutely stunning pieces and super friendly knowledgeable staff, there is a story behind each piece and I love that. Would highly recommend for gift shopping also, it's always a hit.

Recently purchased a ring from this store to go in with a 21st birthday present, it was so beautiful I wanted to keep it for myself! The staff member was really helpful and had great product knowledge... will return again and again!
