Habitability was easy to communicate with, my mum Marie did a lot of emails with them and they were very prompt and friendly.My booking in Perth was good and my support worker was easy to talk to and we'll matched for me. Can't wait for my next STA

Our experience with habitability has been amazing! Through the prompt responses and attending to all our needs with ease for our stays through the NDIS STA's program. The staff are a pleasure to talk to and provide utmost help when needed. We would really recommend habitability and their excellent services!

Habitability
Habitability by far has been the best organisation that we have dealt with. Their customer service is excellent. We have used Habitability services twice for STA's. All of the staff that I have had the pleasure of dealing with have gone above and beyond to ensure we had nothing extra to worry about. I highly recommend them and I will continue to use them in the future.

My husband Gary had a excellent respite stay thanks to Habitability. They were outstanding in communication, arranging carer, equipment, accommodation and other support needs and were available to problem solve anything that came up. Definitely recommend.

Every respite I book I always go with Habitability. They are ethical, caring and extremely organised. They communicate with their participant and everyone in their support circle. I will never go with anyone else. If you choose them, you will never look back.

Habitability
Had a wonderful STA that Habitability organised for me. The process was easy all I had to do was my pack my things and go.The staff at Hability are all friendly and ensure that everything is in place for a great stay. Will definitely be using habitability again.The only thing that could be improved is to explain to new comers how sta works.
