I was referred to see Dr Alvin after going to other dental clinics.The service I have received on two different occasions was impeccable. Alvin was ontime, he took the time to listen to my concerns & to consult with me about my options.He communicated with me throughout the treatments, was alert and conscious to ask if there was any pain (which there wasn't any).To anybody putting off seeing a dentist I very highly recommend Dr Alvin.Cheers,Chris

I’ve been seeing Dr Kate Butler-Howell for the last 6 months; been twice - once at the beginning of the year as I’d moved to Wynnum from the north side and then had my second annual check up recently and both times she’s been absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend Dr Kate - she’s so efficient and professional. I have bad toothbrush abrasion and sensitive teeth. Dr Kate was able to work efficiently and was empathetic to any pain I experienced, working in such a considerate and gentle way that it was minimal compared to other dentists Ive been to in the past. She is also quick which I love as I hate being in the chair for longer than necessary. She gives me great tips on how I should be cleaning my teeth and gives me lots of feedback on where I can improve my oral/dental hygiene. I’m a big fan of Dr Kate and highly highly recommend her services.

I don’t go to the dentist often. Alvin was the best dentist i think I’ve seen. Great at explaining what was going on and why. Provided good advice and did what was needed rather than what he could potentially charge for. Very impressed!

I had to get a molar removed as it was growing on a slant into my cheek they told me I had no choice the tooth had to go. They removed the molar and sent me on my way, I had to go back the next day as I was in extreme pain I was told it was dry socket" (it wasn't) They cleaned out the hole

I recently visited Complete Dental Wynnum practice in Wynnum and had a fantastic experience. They truly embrace the latest in technology, making each visit enjoyable and comfortable. Their professionalism and attentive care are exceptional. For comprehensive dental services, I highly recommend Complete Dental Wynnum. My family and I are regulars for check-ups every six months.

Alvin is a fantastic dentist that makes you feel calm and reassured in the face of anxiety inducing procedures like root canal. The entire complete Dental team are amazing and I highly recommend this dental practice.

Two (2) concerns for my personal perspective. The procedure, a partial tooth extraction and a subsequent crown was unbelievably EXPENSIVE (over $2100). I also found the appointment structure 'unfriendly'. Appoints are made in set time windows e.g. 30 minute duration and consequently they do run to time but if there are any unexpected items then they either rush or you book again for the unexpected item and pay again. A financially successful business model for them but I just can't imagine my doctor ever treating a patient in that manner.
