The greatest investment we made, was hiring Wedding Grounds as our ‘ On the day coordinators’. The day was seamless, communication clear and prompt and both Em and Meg added such a fun element to our day. Both guests and vendors alike couldn’t help but rave about them. Nothing was too big an ask, or too hard.Do yourself a favour - hire them, and then sit back and relax with a cocktail while they weave their magic (no seriously, cocktail was fresh in hand before walking down the aisle.) we love you guys!Thank you for making our wedding day more beautiful than we could have ever hoped for! We will be forever grateful.

We booked these guys late in the day but wished we’d booked them sooner.From the first call Meg and Emma were so helpful, making the build up to our wedding stress free.On the day they were amazing, everything was seamless without any involvement from us. Nothing was too much to ask and they managed the day to perfection.I would not hesitate to recommend The Wedding Grounds for your wedding, my only regret is not booking them sooner!

We recently got married at Hollybrook in the Hunter Valley and we are so glad we did. Meg and Emma were great to deal with from start to finish, they prompted us on what services we should consider and also gave us other recommendations for cool ideas that they had used for other weddings. They provided us with templates for the day run sheet which prompted us to get organised and they even got into contact with our vendors on our behalf before the wedding to ensure that everything ran smoothly. But we really saw the value in their services on the day of the wedding, Meg and Cody were absolutely INCREDIBLE! They assisted us with the set up before the wedding - I literally just gave them a box and showed them a photo and they executed everything perfectly. The most valuable thing about the day was that having them there handling everything meant that myself my partner and our family were all able to be present throughout the entire wedding, I don’t recall having to make a single decision. The girls also packed most of the wedding down for us as well. We had the best day, everything ran perfectly and we could not have achieved that without the help of all 3 girls.

One of the best decisions we have ever made was choosing the Wedding Grounds as our wedding coordinators. It’s hard to articulate just how much value Emma and Meg added for us and to our day - well beyond expectation and well beyond their role. Our only regret is not having the Wedding Grounds plan our wedding too - they are experts with an incredible attention for detail, eye for design and styling, phenomenal organisation skills and they are just lovely people to be around. Our entire plan was weather dependant - and they were so trusted to make any decision, and in doing so pulled off the most stunning setup. We seriously cannot thank them enough. Stop reading this, start calling them!

Wedding Grounds are the best choice for all occasions.I had two weddings, one with my mother at her nursing home and then at my 40th surprised our loved ones with a video of the ceremony and also re enacted and re did our vows etc in front of our extended loved ones.From start to finish, Emma was professional and listened to what vision I wanted to create. They have connections throughout the industry which make it easer to decide who to use and great ways to save on your budget. I am just sad that it is over and I don’t get to communicate as much with them. Thank you for making my wedding day with my mother a moment we will both cherish, and for filling the room up on my 40th with a setting and vibe where my loved ones got to feel our love for not only each other but for them. Forever grateful!

Emma was amazing. We were stressed in the lead up to the wedding. Two weeks out, Emma was recommended to us and took control of all the final arrangements. She was great to deal with and made the day run perfectly. We highly recommend her. You won’t regret it.

We reached out to wedding grounds a month before our wedding, and thank god we did. We had our wedding at a brewery with no events team so were trying to coordinate the day and all the vendors ourselves. From the get go, Emma was absolutely amazing. She took charge of everything from 4 weeks out and made us feel completely relaxed and excited for the lead up to our big day. We had a (rough) idea of the layout for the venue, and Emma and Meg not only executed this but turned it into something even more magical. We didn’t go a second of the day without Emma and Meg having a drink and food in our hand. They not only took care of us, but our little boy and his cousin and all the guests and vendors at our wedding. We could not recommend wedding grounds more highly. A huge thank you to Emma and Meg specifically. Thanks to them, we were able to be completely present in our big day and enjoy every single moment, absolutely stress free.
