The prefect place to recover from training and injury. A combination of cryo, Air Relax recovery boots and running on the Anti Gravity treadmill enabled me to cut a recent leg injury recovery time in half. Troy is a wealth of knowledge and goes beyond to provide amazing customer service, advice and support to customers.

Awesome place.Had a compression session and cryo and felt 110% better than when I walked in.First time in two years I’ve been pain free at work.Highly recommendedTroy knows his stuff and went through everything before my sessions so I knew what to expect.They sorted me out with some good hydration products and massage ball for home use too.10/10
