Eastside Fencing

Extremely unprofessional, Ben from Eastside Fencing refused to clean up the mess and accused us for signing the contract and agreed to their negligence. We've offered simple solution which is clean up the dirt and straighten up the small trees. But Ben refused to do anything unless we pay them extra to do it. Avoid at all cost !

Needed a fence repaired and a gate added (into neighbouring reserve) so I called eastside. The quoting was thorough and competitive so I gave them the job - and happily I now have a straightened fence with an attractive gate that provides secure access where there was none. The morning they had promised to work was wet and stormy so i expected a call to cancel - but the guys showed up and happily did a great job. Thanks Harry and Eoin!

Had Ben come over for a measure up and quote. He said he will send the quote through within a few days. Left it a few days and called and said it will be sent through before the end of the day. Was still not received so called back the next day and was told it will be received within the next half an hour… quote is still yet to be received.

Excellent service, all the way through from site visits to scope the job, to a providing the quote, scheduling and completing the job. The managers and office staff were very responsive to my requests to expedite the job to meet a pool compliance deadline. Very professional and polite staff, including Jack who provided the quote and Harry and his crew who built the fence, which looks fantastic. My neighbours are equally pleased. I also really appreciated Harry reinstating the pool fence (which needed to be reconnected to the boundary fence) on completion of the job, as what took him a short amount of time would have taken me ages.I will definitely be using Eastside to replace the fence on the other side of my property later this year

Very professional with their communication in keeping me up to date on arrival and how long the job would take. The fence was at my mother’s property and they were very understanding in completing the job in a timely way. I have already recommended them to my son. Thank you very much

Front and side timber gates installed Oct 2022. Instead of the quoted 45mm x 90mm untreated pine for posts, EF supplied timber cutdown to 50mm x 100mm. One gate couldn't then be fitted between posts. A narrower post was sourced, 38mm x 90mm in a different timber, resulting in left and right posts of different widths and timber at my front of house gate and the lock so close to the brick pillar as to risk scraping fingers. Cappings on both gates are 30mm higher than the posts and not as discussed. Very disappointing experience.

I was extremely happy with the service from Eastside Fencing. Right from initial chats, quoting, communications, removal of fence and installation of new fence. Blokes were fantastic and craftsmanship is excellent. My job was minuscule compared to others, Eastside Fencing still treated my job as top priority.I am happy to recommend Eastside Fencing to family and friends.
