Lash House Collins St

I’m no stranger to lash extensions but I usually go to another salon. I made an appointment here because my normal one is closed. Wow they blew me away. The women who work here really are professionals. The booking process is so easy, I just texted them and they were so informative and quick to reply. When I got to my appointment the salon is lovely, very clean. You lay down and they cover you with a blanket and speak in very quiet whispers to ensure everyone is relaxed. I normally have very sensitive eyes but the women were so gentle with me that I fell asleep during my appointment.My lashes have never looked better, they came out beautifully and I barely had to give any direction, they know what looks good.I’m never going anywhere else. This salon in 11/10.

Love lash house and going here for years. The staff are very responsive when wanting to book in.Very comfortable experience, even fitting in lash naps.Always great quality - I get double lashes and I have a lot of natural lashes, so they take their time and fill them all in! Never worried about it looking empty.I take great care of mine and they last for months!

After years of getting eyelash extensions done, this place is the best I have experienced. The glue didn’t burn my eyes, it was the most comfortable experience ever.

Have abit disappointing for this time,I been to lash house do my lash more than 2 years ,Before that is very nice & good , I always satisfied they did a good job. But this time I went the new store Collin street,That girl did my eyelashes not well, and even I finish went out meet my friend & my cousin, they also can see this time did not a good job , quite different than last time and the lash length quite short . And I remember they have system to record what I did on before. And the girl told me this is same like last time what I did. But I don’t think so, I feeling like this time is different and the lash length is short than last time. Anywhere I still will going back on next time. Just this time had abit disappointing.

I have been looking for someone to do my eyelashes for ages and I found lash house. I was absolutely blown away by the results. I wanted my eyelashes to be looking very natural and beautiful and they do! They are very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend their services to anyone that is looking for a glamorous flawless look.

I have been getting eyelash extensions for around 4 (maybe even 5?) years straight now as I love not having to bother with any makeup. At other places in the past I have had reactions to the glue but have never had a single problem at Lash House. I get perfect results every time that always last very well. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. The store and beds are always comfortable and clean. The pricing is also very fair. Wouldn’t bother going anywhere else.

Lash House on Collins St is just as fantastic as their other store on Spenser St. I had an appointment early this morning and realised I haven't reviewed. The place is cosy, peaceful and ambient. The lash technicians are the best in the industry. This is my opinion based on going to a variety of places prior to discovering these talented technicians. They always take the time and care to prepare the lashes, pay attention to application (and removal if needed), and efficiently do their work with a good speed. Lashes are properly applied on individual lashes without too little or too much glue. I find the lashes stay on really well which is always a bonus when scheduling for refills. The staff are polite and actually care about the shapes and style you are after, and will discuss your options if you are not sure. I know this because I've heard them talk to new customers. Highly recommended.
