NOAH'S on the beach

I try to stay here whenever I’m in Newcastle. It’s a really nice spot near the beach. If you feel like treating yourself, pay a little extra for the beach side view room. Definitely calming seeing the waves move. The restaurant has the same beautiful view of the beach but has quite a limited menu with rather slow service.

Updated to Harbour View got a Family Room. That was disappointing. It is not worth having breakfast at Noah. Some items tasted stale. Otherwise, the room was adequate. There are no balcony views at $229 a night. The girls let me store my carry-on before and after check-in. Good view of the beach from the dining room. I think it is better to eat out. Maybe a pub on Scott Street, Grain Store. They do good steaks.

Unfortunately the value for food isn't here. The view and staff are fantastic. But don't go here for food. I should have known I booked a table for 1230pm for lunch. When I got there after 1200pm early we were the only ones there. The owner of this restaurant needs to visit nearby seafood restaurants and see what he is missing. We won't come back unfortunately unless management change. It's a pity ideal location and if people loved this place it would be packed by lunchtime and it wasn't. Don't rush here. Big changes needed.

our room had spectacular beach views . close to restaurants, cafes & transport. Great location for walking paths along the coastline. Unfortunately was only here for 1 night ( 2 days) but I highly recommend & would definitely stay again.

I recently stayed at Noah's on the Beach, a hotel located opposite Newcastle Beach in Australia and I was thoroughly impressed. The location was perfect, just steps away from the stunning beach. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the views were breathtaking. I highly recommend Noah's on the Beach for anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience in a prime location. It's the perfect base for exploring the best of Newcastle!

My daughter had her wedding ceremony and reception at Noah’s on the Beach last week and I can’t speak highly enough of this venue. The team led by Rose and later Molly were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and their hard work meant that the wedding and reception went very well. Food was great, set up was great, team was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to others!

Couldn't have been better, comfy bed, excellent, well laid out bathroom and brilliant fridge. Service was friendly but efficient and manager was super helpful with my special request. Lastly, surely the best views in the world inclusive of passing Whale Pods.

Further to a recent review I put here regardNoah’s, it is in a great spot and yes the room was nice, but their policies do need to be looked at.I left a large make mirror in the room, I phoned to check on it, and was told housekeeping hadn’t taken anything down to reception.Considering I was still in Newcastle I could of collected it.Turns out housekeeping hadn’t cleaned my room on Sunday, rooms are left till Monday and then my mirror was found. So $30 laterMy mirror is going to be posted to me.So don’t take no for an answer from them!!!

I normaly stay in this motel but this time I notice the cleanliness of the room is not as good as it was. I let the reception know and authomatically they rectify the problem, they offer us to move to another room but we are so tired for traveling fo hours. They change all the chairs in that room straight away and the reception is very helpful. The view is always magical, when we comeback after a few hour they left us a complimentary drink boutcher but we just give it back. The girls in the reception are so happy that we let them know about the problem. The next day we have breakfast they are so obliging when I ask for a cake for my friend birthday that day. I always stay in the motel I am comportable, and Noah is one of them. Thank you.

This business asks and advertise for staff but when they filter you by age they never respond even when you go in person to follow up at the front desk. No one ever calls you back or replies to your emails. They obviously discriminate by age.And I am qualified for the role they keep listing.We have also stayed here and the food and service is deplorable.
