Service desk was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, the sales guy told us we couldn't sit on the bikes to see if we wanted to buy them, as we might scratch the factory paint job". Seriously? How are we supposed to know if we want to buy the motorcycle without sitting on it??? Have never been into dealership where you cannot test all aspects of the vehicle before purchase. Our next purchase will not be through this store unless we deal with anyone but this guy.EDIT: After seeing this review

My wife surprised me with a BRAND NEW 2022 Suzuki Gen III Hayabusa! Hayden was the perfect side-kick for her to arrange this HUGE surprise. We are so impressed by the team at Gladstone Motorcycles. They really do go above and beyond. Best customer service, friendly and supportive team. They really make buying your dream bike easy!!!

I have been dealing with Rob and the crew at Gladstone Motorcycles for the last 20-25 years in one way or another. Today, I had the great pleasure of picking up my new Yamaha Tenere 700 from them. Just treated my 10yr old 660 Tenere that I bought new from Gladstone Motorcycle’s to another scheduled service + chain & sprockets.It feels like that new bike experience all over again every time I pick it up. Fantastic customer service from these guys and they have done a magnificent job keeping my trusty bike in a tip top reliable condition all these years. I couldn’t be happier.

Recently had serious tyre failure while travelling and called Hayden who promised to replace tyre if we could ride the 70 klm to Gladstone Motorcycles. We arrived and the team fitted new tyres straight away. They understand your needs when touring with friends on motorcycles. My Kawasaki was back on the road promptly as promised.
