Dave Hughes Remedial Massage

So grateful to Dave Hughes for his brilliant massages. It's hard to find a good masseuse for face, jaw and scalp, but if you have any tightness of pain in these areas, Dave is your man. Highly recommended!

Had a massage this afternoon after days of an unrelenting tension headache. And much to my surprise and delight, this massage really did the trick! And I’m a tough nut to crack when it comes to relaxation and releasing tensions. And this headache was causing nausea, neck pain, eye strain, and a whole bunch of pains and discomforts. I even feel like I was losing my appetite and taste, which is extremely weird for me! I am no stranger to massages, as I get them fairly regularly, but this one was something else. Finally, a healing massage. Not only has my headache nearly disappeared, my neck feels better than it has in years! In fact, my whole body feels better. If you would have told me how much better one massage would make me feel, I wouldn’t have believed you. But it honestly helped me sooo much! And I definitely got my appetite back! It’s like food even tastes better again. And my sinuses seem to be… uh, draining. The pressure I’ve been feeling for ages in my sinuses seems to be releasing. This is the closest you’ll get to a miracle cure. Cannot rate Dave more highly. He listened to my aches and pains, and he definitely catered to my specific needs. I can’t wait to come back and see how much my body improves after another session!

I have seen numerous specialists in different countries over the years for my back and neck. Dave is clearly expert, treats the whole body and cares about his patients.

I've been going to Dave for more than 10 years. He never dissapoints. His accute understanding of the muscles, tendons and how to fix your sore parts is amazing!

My wife and I both went to Dave for some remedial work (two different problems). Dave worked on my lower back and the results were excellent. He listens and provides good feedback on what he is doing/what he is going to do.

Both myself and wife went to dave me with bad sinuses, after his work 2 days i can breathe again been 6 months since i could do that, wife bag back pain from a back operation she would not trust anyone to help relieve the pain . After sitting and talking to dave she let him relax her tightened muscles without going near operation site, she has since had another session with good results , can highly recommend dave and we will make the hrs drive to have follow up

I walked in recently and chatted to Dave about my body issues that have been going on for near 10 years, what I found was a guy who listened and made no attempt to put down anything that I had tried before, I appreciated that very much. Dave then set about looking for where my troubles started which he found and went straight to work. I had a significant back injury after shifting house, cleaning and all that that entails. It had obviously been building for a long time but came on very suddenly. With Dave’s amazing massage, stretches and exercises he was able to loosen me up to the point that I was almost free of the pain in only one session. I am keen to do the simple exercises Dave showed me and I know I will recover in the shortest possible time. He was extremely caring, and very knowledgeable and explained his procedures well. I thought he was fantastic, and I would highly recommend him.
