Love dealing with the staff here, they are always friendly and efficient and go out if their way to be of assistance. sheds are clean and safe. would recommend using this facility to anyone.

Just had a parcel point package to drop off. Ended up walking out, everything was too much of a bother. Use Australia Post option instead

We can’t speak highly enough of Lee who opened our unit up at 9.30pm when our move was running late. She was so accomodating and helpful - just wonderful after a full day of moving house. The units are great and assessable too. Thanks to the National Storage contact centre for also being super helpful too.

Absolutely lovely people who just wanted to help even though it was a last minute rush. They sorted every one of my needs & gave me acceptable options to choose from to give me the best outcome for my needs. They organised a late entry which was after hours due to the weather hold ups after Saturdays cyclonic conditions. Five stars for value, service and customer needs being met. Thank you kindly Leonie & Lee for your combined efforts .

Have had a shed here for my business over the last 12 months.From Day 1, Lee accommodated my needs. It's clean & professional with a friendly & personal staff. The access code to get in allowing deliveries when I'm not there has been very helpful. A well run business.

Lee at Tweed Heads South is amazing and knows the job backwards so can help solve problems that arise.I really appreciated Lee being a kind and community spirited person at a really stressful time packing my stuff and storage.I now have vacated and had movers go to backload my stuff.Thanks so much for helping that to happen at very little notice.The facilities are good, no problems.Thanks Lee and the team, your service is what makes it a 5 star experience.
