Absolutely shocking , delivery dropped off in the wrong place to start with on the wrong date. Ended up having to carry the cover up the stairs and had to clean up after them - When they finished they literally walked out the door without even a word. I then had the owner of the business telling me I'm just a tenant and that he would not deal with me ever again !!!!!!!!! Just rude and terrible customer service

Paul was great. The clean & service required a couple of visits which was no problem. We had no idea how the spa worked, Paul gave us a run down, told us what we needed to be compliant, he serviced and cleaned it, replacing only 1 part and pricing was super reasonable. Highly recommended.

Patrick was very professional and knowledgable. He did a great job. Essential spa’s has helped to keep our spa running smoothly and our spa is over 13 years old. We have the spa app which runs from our phone to control temp and maintenance. We enjoy our spa all year round.
