Freedom - Osborne Park

So disappointed by the products from this store. We purchased 8x Dining Chairs from the Australian range. We loved the idea that we could hand pick our design, fabrics and leg colours and that it would be made in Australia. They told us it would be a 4 month wait. The chairs came after 6 months after a number of calls and chasing up. To be fair, the chairs were being made in Sydney - which had gone into lockdown for a good part of this time. HOWEVER, when the chairs arrived 5 out of 8 were wobbly and unstable and some of the wooden legs had poor workmanship marks/chips. We probably would have received better quality products if we'd just gone for something made in Asia - and we wouldn't have had the 6 month wait. We issued a complaint with the Freedom Experience Team of which they have said we can use the chairs and they will remake and replace them but this will be another 25 week wait or we could get a refund or credit for the total price of the chairs, minus $100. With hindsight, we definitely would have purchased elsewhere or stayed well away from their 'Australian' range.

Great service - friendly, helpful staff, great sales, quality furniture, manager was very attentive, will definitely shop here again!

Had a fall New Year’s Day due to carpet rolls not stored properly, advised the company feedback via website and advised staff member on site at the time 6 weeks later still no response from anyone, undergone multiple scans and orthopaedic surgeon visit. Not happy never back there

Terrible after sales service. Bought a bed worth over 3 thousand and ended up with faulty parts. Freedom was not interested in assisting. Now having to go through Consumer Affairs. DO NOT BUY FROM FREEDOM!!!

Went to pick up two lamps on special, one store didn't have it but Osborne Park did, but it was close to closing time. So went back a few days later and the special had finished and Osborne Park didn't honour it.

Horrible experience every time!Almost 3 years ago had to wait months and months for a freaking sofa to be delivered! Pathetic! Never got back to us for update!Last week decided to check this store out - NEVER AGAIN.Price tags are all mixed up and do not match the products. Very grumpy and not client oriented woman by the name Roxane. Maybe you should train your staff members how to talk to customers!And apparently they still have issues with delivery! Hahaha.

love the show room staffs, love the designs. Logistic needs a lot of improvement though. They don’t do unboxing nor putting at the place customer wants even you bought aud10k or you are senior citizen they don’t care. Delivery men just tell you, sorry it’s not our job. As much as I would love to buy from them but if delivery attitude does not change or no flexibility it’s really hard for old people to buy from you.On top of that, I received a damaged entertainment unit reported on the 8 December no one collect the unsightly damaged in my family hall until now and no update as well. Maybe can check before deliver?Keep my finger crossed for the recliner sofa that I am told it takes 17 weeks.I still need a lot of furnitures for my new place but this kind situation make me hesitate………

Store customer service is good, went to Freedom 3 times within the week to look at couches, felt very comfortable each time. Staff will greet and check if you need help in a warm and friendly manner.

Posting on behalf of my wife Jessica Bird.Just built a new house and looking for furniture has been a little overwhelming but Paula from the Osborne Park store made it so easy. It’s really hard to get good service nowadays but the whole time she was professional, kind and really listening what I was wanting. I purchased a dining table and now will be returning to Paula for any furniture I’m needing for my new home.
