I have nothing but amazing things to say about Carlie Watson and the Rethink Aged Care Team. An absolutely professional team who have specialist knowledge in the aged care and home care realm. The display of kindness and care also made such a huge difference when explaining options available as well.

Carlie and the team at Rethink Aged Care were a pleasure to deal with, and were extremely helpful with the sincere advice provided as if helping one of their own family members. They managed the whole process on our behalf, kept us informed at all times, and we're extremely happy with the outcome.

Carlie and Samantha are amazing. We urgently needed help to find quality agedcare for my mother. Carlie and Samantha found out what my mother wanted most and what we, her family wanted . They gave specific information to help us immediately. We were in a dire situation when my mother broke her hip and was not able to return to her home from the hospital. The hospital made us choose a place immediately. Without Carlie and Samantha’s help, we would have had to settle for a place that did not meet our needs . They told us everything we needed to do in one meeting. Carlie was there to help with the process and afterwards. I hesitated to pay for financial advice . But we saved much more that we paid, by making well informed decisions. I can never thank them enough for helping us to find the right place for Mum and the right way to fund this place . Their knowledge of the local places in Newcastle and Lake Macquarie also helped us make the best decision . I tell my friends with aging parents to talk to these amazing women before they make one of the most important decisions that a family needs to make.

Carlie and Samantha are worth their weight in gold. Last year my brother and I were faced with managing moving both our mother and father into aged care. We did not know where to start, let alone what it costs. Carlie and Samatha explained everything and listened to our needs and after only one in person meeting we felt confident and informed about the decisions we needed to make.
