I don't often write google reviews although Julie Easterbrook's professionalism in managing our investment property deserves to be recognized. I train property managers and my husband and I have owned investment properties for over 35 years. Julie is one of the best property managers we have had the pleasure of working with. Her communication is professional, timely and thorough. When we experienced an unplanned vacancy we were in Europe and Julie went above and beyond to assist with obtaining quotes and overseeing some upgrades to the property to ensure we maximised our return. Julie is well supported by the RE/MAX Ignite business owners, Roxanne Workman and Adam Workman which is reflected by the way Julie does her job.She is pleasant to deal with and treats owners and tenants professionally and respectfully.

There were times when Adam did more than sell the house assisting us to sell furniture etc left in the house while open house was on and giving us information for local shops where we could sell some items . Approachable͏ and informed agent.We were buying a property and had been looking for a few months. We had some very poor experiences with other agents (giving wrong information, not turning up to viewings). When we met Liam and the Remax team the experience was fantastic. They kept us informed during the buying process and were always on hand to help with any questions. As agents they were easy to talk to and professional. A great experience.

Wish I could give a 5 star review as Roxanne was amazing and her son Liam but our property manager Judy was very hard communicating with when we had to move properties due to new owners buying it. Constantly having to call Remax and speak with others as our property manager was never available and/or barely getting a reply from emails. Her communication was very poor if it wasn’t for the other lovely ladies there to help us I don’t know what we would have done. I just hope for future purposes she learns to communicate better with tenants and in a timely matter.
