Absolute worst customer service ever! Spent a week trying to contact them to pay for the kitchen with no response.I’ve spent over an hour on hold, been transferred multiple times, and haven’t even been sent a quote.Don’t waste your time! Go to Freedom. Same products with 5 star customer service.

I wish I had read the other review before I signed up. Hopeless customer service. Once you pay your deposit they really don’t care. All communication through a clunky portal and it takes days, sometimes weeks to get a response. My kitchen hasn’t yet arrived for installation, but if the service so far is any indication, I’m not expecting a good result.

Although the finished wardrobes look nice enough, it’s just not worth the effort or time. It took 3.5 months from the date we placed the order and paid the large deposit. And the communication is via a portal and takes time to hear responses from kinsman.The installer also damaged our floor with a chunk of timber floor missing after they finished installation. As they put back the rug in place on top of the damage we didn’t notice it until a couple weeks later and they of course refused to help after we’ve paid our money and they’ve finished the job.Also as we got white wardrobes there’s this weird dusty residue that appears constantly that we need to regularly wipe down. I don’t have this on the walls or my other wardrobes or kitchen cabinets so I’m not sure what it is about the wardrobe material that shows this residue constantly. In hindsight wish we got a darker Colour to save the effort in keeping it mark free.Go with a small business who will be more timely and keep up the communication. And will also Be a lot cheaper!

I would give 0 if possible. everything takes ages to be done. I ordered my kitchen more than 2 month ago. giving them the appliances measurement, it took 2 weeks to confirm from their side, although it seemed to be just a confirmation email and nothing else. the kitchen delivered 3 weeks ago and it was completely rubbish. all he doors had some stain or mark on them which were quiet obvious and of course so far from what we had ordered. we asked them to change the doors. it took them 10 days to send someone again to inspect the installed kitchen. now we are told that new doors will be arriving 2-3 weeks from now!its just waste of time, money and effort working with them!Don't make the same mistake as we did
