Auto Masters serviced my partner’s car yesterday and I have to say this was the best experience we have had with a mechanic. Luke the man out the front greeted us with a smile on arrival and instantly made us feel welcome. We received a video outlining additional work that needed attention. Luke then called us to explain what was needed and gave a thorough break-down off all costs involved to get our ok prior to work being carried out. These blokes are acing it. Great customer service throughout. Booked in for a new ($$$) o2 sensor and the lads fixed the busted wires on old one, saving me heaps; I didn't ask, they wanted to do it. Exceptional stuff and I'll have no qualms about sending my kids to Jason and the lads - it's clear they can be trusted to be honest and professional with the customer's best interest at heart.

Had a problem with my cooling system in my Ford Mondeo. Took my car in, problem identified quickly and received quote that afternoon. Authorised work and car repaired next day. Great service. What really surprised me is that sent me a video of the problem and they kept in contact to let me know the the progress of the repairs. Fantastic work and all my repairs/services will be done here in the future.

I took my Suzuki in for a service and the team did a fantastic job to fix it up, it was overdue for a service and now it runs like a dream!I then had my engine light come on in my wifes car and the team was able to take the car in on the same day and fix it within an hour! Fantastic team at Automasters morayfield!

Took my 04 Jeep wrangler in for a service and needed some extra work and they were able to get the parts and fix it up in 2 days! Service was amazing, included a video walkaround of the car talking about the service and the car looks and feels great. Amazing customer service from the whole team, and amazing work! 100% recommend these guys!

Wanted to find a new mechanic, am always hesitant to try somewhere new but after giving them a shot and taking my car in for a 10k service and seeing how thorough they were, the amazing video they send you showing your actual car and the work they've been doing while they've had it and then explaining everything when I picked it up I feel great about recommending this company. I'm really happy with auto masters. I was very stressed as I was having trouble with my car battery. And they fit me in as soon as I called and only took an hour and it was not expensive. Really happy they really made my day. Thanks heaps. My partner and I will ve coming back.
