Thorough and careful install by the technician - no sign that he was here except a new dishwasher up and running! The booking team goofed by not sending two people to carry the new dishwasher upstairs and the old one down, but fortunately I was able to be here to help the tech.

I stumbled upon this company via Google when I was searching for dishwasher installation services. My first point of contact was Ellen. I have constantly been in contact with her over the phone and email during this whole process. She left a great impression which prompted me to try their services. Her communication and customer service capacity has been thorough and efficient.We booked an inspection to see what type of dishwasher we could fit in our kitchen. Grant explained to us the different options we had. We paid $99 for the inspection and was told that it would be deducted from the installation quote (which was about $1100).It was a little frustrating trying to book in a date for installation as communication regarding availability was unclear.Pat, Scott and Blake (elec, plumb, carpentry) worked together to install our dishwasher. The process went smoothly.Looking at the quality of their work, it is evident that they are a team of highly trained professionals in their field. I would definitely use their services again and would recommend them to others seeking appliance installations.

I purchased a dishwasher in Harvey Norman, Caringbah and needed to be fixed in my unit in Cronulla. Harvey Norman recommended Sydney appliance installations. In the beginning there were a few hiccups but Daniel Armstrong from Sydney Appliance was very professional, very ethical, understood my situation and the complexity. Graham who came to the site was also very professional and technically very knowledgeable. He provided an excellent service. After the work he ensured the site was clean and the boxes removed. He was late coming, although he did ring to tell me when he was due. The installation was excellent. He was very competent, took away all the rubbish. Apart from keeping me waiting, I am very satisfied.
