often unhelpful, frequently refuses sale of basic over the counter medications for banal reasons. complaint lodged with office for health ombudsman because refusing ventolin to an asthmatic seems a little dangerous.

Absolutely disgusting. While struggling with an asthma attack . Visibly struggling. They make me provide my doctors details to verify it. This is by far the most disgusting treatment I have ever received from a supposed health professional .I am writing this as I am literally sitting in the shop struggling to breathe .

When purchasing paracetamol for a cancer patient March 2021, paracetamol not opioids, limited to one box only, had to give personal details for labelling (never had to do that before?) I was treated like a criminal by the pharmacist and will never return, ever. Clearly does not understand cancer patients needs.
