Lakes Beach House

My husband and I stayed at the Lakes Beach House for 2 nights in early March. We enjoyed the time very much, and found the house very comfortable and user friendly. There were 2 couples staying and the accommodation was spacious and attractive, and the rooms and amenities were spotless. The position is excellent for access to beach, shopping and walks. We recently returned from a 7 night stay at this fabulous beach house. This is by far the best holiday house we have stayed in. We stayed with two other couples also with young children and there was plenty of room. The location is fantastic! Walking distance to the beach and central lakes entrance. The house itself is amazing, great floor plan, with all the conveniences you would need, fresh towels and linen, fully equiped kitchen, excellent outdoor cooking facilities and more! There is a safe, enclosed yard perfect for young kids. We loved our holiday so much we are already planning the next one and will definitely be booking this place again!!

As they say, first impressions last, and we will definitely be coming back to the Lakes Beach House to stay from now on. The house was so clean, everything you needed was provided for. There was nothing we had to worry about. the clean bed sheets, the abundant supply of bath towels, and did I mention the space!! There were 6 of us in total and everyone had their space, we weren't on top of each other. It was a relaxing place to unwind..... We have stayed at many accommodation places and they do not compare to this place. We will definitely be coming and staying here from now on. And what was really convenient is that you are dealing directly with the owner, Tim, who was very obliging and forthcoming on all the information we needed to know, so thank you Tim on making a beautiful home for us to enjoy our holiday.

We stayed here January 2014 after 12 years at another property in Lakes and absolutelyloved it. The house had all the facilities and comforts of your own house. The linen was a big plus also fans in the bedrooms as well as the air conditioning. We had two families stay and everybody agreed that the house was great. I would highly recommend it to anyone with a large group.Tim the owner was easy to talk to and stayed in contact with us even when we were leaving regarding the Bush fires on our trip home.Thanks Tim

Fabulous!! This truly is what a holiday house should be. It was beautifully decorated and furnished for a large group of people. We had 5 adults and 4 kids when we stayed and everyone loved it. Every room and area was well presented and clean, with plenty of spare towels, sheets and blankets. The Kitchen was amazing, with more than enough appliances, cutlery and utensils etc to cook up a feast for a large group. The deck area was great, especially the BBQ. Nice quiet street close to the shops and the beach made for lovely walks. The owner Tim was very helpful, everything was well explained for our check in and checkout, and his contact and extra information leading up to our stay was a nice change. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone. For the price and location its by far one of the best holiday house you'll ever find.

It took us nearly 4 hrs driving from Melbourne to the Lakes after a long working Friday, but once we got into the house, all tiredness just vanished. The house is modern, well-equipped, yet very warm & friendly. It was very thoughtful of Tim & his crew to have prepared everything for us, from blanket to towels, soaps & even a mini heater for each room. We've been to some holiday houses before & did experience some not very good ones, so we brought our own sleeping bags & blankets,...yet we didnt have to use any this time.What the guys love about the house were the Smart TV, wifi & the home theatre, but what impressed myself and the girls the most was its very well-facilitated kitchen, which also suits Asian cooking (with spices, saucepans, wok, bowls...available). The house also gives us some storage ideas for our future home.To be honest with you Tim, none of us wanted to leave your house on that day. We felt just like home while staying there. We would highly recommend others to stay at Lakes Beach House, and would book nowhere else if we go to the Lakes.

Top class accommodation. I scored a few brownie points with my brother in law and wife for choosing this holiday house. It’s a brand new house, I love everything about this house, very spacious, I believe Tim has put a lot of effort designing this house, I love the Kitchen setting, there are so many kitchen utensils, a BBQ with range hood on the deck plus a sink, etc. There are so many things about this house that I can go on and on, it’s exactly the way he described it on this site. It has a good internet reception. It’s very practical and close to all amenities, walking distance to the beach and in a very quiet street. Tim is a great host and very flexible with the check in and check out, he made sure that everything was alright and was only a phone call away.I would like to say a big thank you to Tim and highly recommend anyone to rent this beautiful house and certainly will be back again.

Our family of six recently enjoyed a very pleasant five night stay at the Lakes Beach House. The house is a fabulous one for families, being spacious, modern, very clean, well designed and really a home away from home. I particularly enjoyed the fact all beds were comfortable, there was ample towels and linen, the kids loved the play station, all appliances were up to date and worked well. We have stayed in many properties over the years and would rank this one as one of the best, and would recommend it to friends and family. Tim the owner was excellent in his communication and returned the bond promptly.

Wow, what an absolutely beautiful house. We had the house for two nights and had such an enjoyable stay in Lakes Entrance. From the moment we walked in nobody wanted to leave. Spacious bedrooms, and a huge open plan beautifully decorated living area to enjoy our time in. Walking distance to the beach and shops, it was convenient to pick up food and enjoy the lakes cafe culture. Tim is a great host, who has thought of everything right down to the last detail.We will be back again, thanks Tim for letting us enjoy your beautiful house.

I am from Melbourne and this places makes it definitely worth the 4 hour drive to Lakes entrance!The house is like a 5 star hotel, equipped with towels and beautiful beds, it has a full kitchen with all the utensils and condiments you need.The outdoor area and the living area was big enough to cater for our large group and the house is super energy efficient. Every detail of this place really shows the attention to detail the owner has dedicated to making this place an affordable sanctuary.Won't be staying anywhere other than this place on our next trip to Lakes Entrance,Thank you Tim!
