Sandra & Richard were very accommodating in making the whole process of purchasing new beds easy & stress free. The smooth, courteous delivery service was an added bonus. I’m delighted with my well priced, good quality, comfortable, Australian made beds.

Had the best service today and I feel terrible as the lovely lady who served me, even remembered my name (probably like 2 years ago) I had been having a really hard time trying to get the protecta bed quilt covers for dust allergies and well this lady couldn’t have been more helpful even calling the company to see if they could order them in, yes was the answer and what a difference they make to dust allergies!!! So I went back today like 2 years later and purchased more protecta bed products, mattress cover and two more pillow covers all in stock and ready to go !! Can not recommend this wonderful shop and their excellent, helpful and quality customer service enough!!!If you have dust allergies see the sales lady and she will show you the protecta bed range !! Very worth every cent !!

Absolutely love our new couch from Adane. The customer service was fantastic. They clearly have a lot of pride in their furniture and I had the peace of mind of knowing that it was high quality. They were able to deliver the next day and put it together for me. Even little things that they did (removing a bit of fluff from the couch) really showed me how much they care about customer satisfaction. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We called in yesterday 9/11/21 to look at mattress ensembles. The young man who served us was very friendly & gave us great service. When we asked about delivery he let us know the product was in stock and after checking with the delivery man said it could be delivered the next day. The delivery was made at the time they stated and in very good order. The delivery man was very helpful and thanked us for the custom. You could not get better friendly service anywhere. We really recommend this business to anyone looking for bedding or furniture.

Best customer service I have ever experienced. Took my mother there to purchase new beds and mattresses. Richard was so polite, courteous and respectful. Gave my mother options with clear explanations and did not try to oversell to her. Words cannot explain just how good he was or the level of service provided. I would recommend this store to anyone wishing to purchase bedding products. Well done

Highly recommend this local family run business. Outstandingly friendly and helpful staff went out of their way to make sure we got exactly what we were after and on delivery assembled the furniture for us and made certain we were absolutely satisfied with everything.
