Everyone at the practice is so caring and considerate. For someone like me who is extremely anxious about attending the dentist, I am treated with respect understanding and compassion.

Would definitely recommend Hamilton Dentists to all my friends and family. They are so kind and warm, I just went through the process of getting a dental implant, and through every step they were incredibly patient and understand in my concerns and fears! Could not have picked a better practice.

For someone who dislikes going to the dentist generally speaking, I have absolutely loved my experience with Dr Shah and the team. Beautifully renovated space, clean and the staff are so kind and considerate. No one gives a needle like Dr Shah. I had a terrible experience a while ago at a different place and now I have no worry or anxiety about future visits at Hamilton Dentist - she is amazing! Would highly recommend this lovely surgery and the whole team there.

Hamilton Dentists are the best dentists ever! I have been going there for over 15 years and now I’m a mother, my children go there too. One of my children suffers from anxiety and had an absolute meltdown when he discovered he needed a filling. Dr Liz was absolutely incredible with supporting him through the mental side of this mission! So good in fact, I am wondering if she has a degree in psychology as well! It was a very challenging lead up to the appointment for me at home but from the moment we walked in for the filling appointment, it was a calm and gentle experience. My son reflected on the way home and said, “All that worry for nothing. Maybe I need to remember that when I’m worried about other things too.” I’m so grateful for this wonderful practice - supporting both the physical and mental aspects of an appointment.

My recent visit to Hamilton Dentist was a wonderful experience. I was greeted by their staff who were friendly, polite, and professional and always happy to answer any questions. Their new practice is beautiful, cosy and inviting and I especially liked the acknowledgement to country posted on their main wall. My dentist made me feel very comfortable by explaining my procedure upfront and was very gentle and caring throughout the whole procedure providing reassurance along the way. I left the practice knowing I will always be in good hands.

I'm anxious person, especially when it comes to the dentist, so when I followed my long time dentist to Hamilton Dentists I was thrilled to find the team are just as amazing as she is! They are friendly and understanding and look after patients like they are patients, not just another number. A big thank you for looking after me so well guys :)I also love the new rooms on Lindsay Street, they have a really nice ambience.

Fantastic service by all staff, so welcoming.Very honest about the procedure taking place. Liz and her dental assistant made me feel very comfortable and talked me through the whole process. Would 100% recommend this clinic.

I have been going to Hamilton Dentists for quite a while now and have found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. There is even an LCD screen mounted in the ceiling so you can whisk any anxiety away - nice touch. I highly recommend Hamilton Dentists!

I’ve been going to this Dentist for around 10 years! They are family run and the most lovely humans. Their staff are incredible, kind and caring. We feel seen and heard. They go above and beyond for their patients. My children always feel comfortable with the dentist and hygienists, and my kids have big smiles in their faces when they leave. They think going to the dentist is something to look forward to, and get excited for their turn. Highly recommend this practice!
