Check their quote. Was badly overcharged. Quite embarrassed when my brother pointed out how much I was ripped off! I thought name recognition and so many stars on Google ment I could trust them while I was abroad. I don't know who they pay for the good reviews because now that I am posting my experience, I see others have been badly overcharged. Make sure you get other quotes. Also I called them for another emergency and they charged a call out fee and didn't turn up. Found a great plumber on airtasker. Keep looking and don't trust Jims" in this case!!!!"

Mr Emergency Plumbing New Farm
Nick came to our family home after hours whilst we had two sick children. He waited outside for over an hour until the kids were settled & my wife & I were able to let him into the property. He identified the problem to our hot water system within minutes and rectified the issue. He is a legend!
