Tidz Across The Park
Visited here for the second time today, we were greeted like old friends. Lovely cheerful staff, and the food and coffee are top notch. It's nice to feel welcome at a local cafe rather than being a burden to a phone-swiping bore...definitely drop in here!

I have given Tidz many opportunities and too often I am let down by the poor service and average food. Many times I have attended and walked off after 10-15 minutes waiting for anyone to acknowledge me and take even a drinks order! So disappointing. The positives are the home made cakes and assorted snacks on the counter. Just don’t order them if it’s one of the last couple of pieces as they are terrible by this stage. In my case I asked for lemon meringue pie and got the stale old slice while the whole new pie remained untouched. They serve Campos coffee which is good. Service doesn’t seem as bad when the owner is working. Not worth the gamble. Take away coffee will do. 2/5 stars.

I had a fantastic breakfast , juice and coffee. Just what I needed. Great service and friendly staff. I will go there again.

The lemon meringue pie here is my favourite but bought one last week and had no lemon taste at all. Hope you can stick to your original recipe.

Tidz Across The Park
We live in Oatley West and are locals, and thought to try Tidz Across The Park Oatley over this Easter Weekend (Mon). We find the experience aweful, customer service non existence despite only 3 groups of people eating at the same time. The waiter went out of his way to ignore us and he didn't seem to be wanting to be working there.Food was dry and coffees cold. Not value for money. We'll never try this cafe again!

* I have been a customer of Tidz ever since it opened. Excellent coffee and teas and most foods made on the premises.* A number of times recently my family and I have found their service poor. They need a better customer service policy and training of all serving staff. (the chefs often have the best customer service)* I find the cafe dilapidated...*... with no allowances made for extremes of weather ..very hot days or cold days. This means no heaters or air-conditioning. This seems to be their policy .. as natural as possible.* Their menu is good but prices vary and you have to be careful as some items I think are overpriced . This is compounded by the negatives above.
