Veda Botanica

I ordered flowers from here, 3 times now, twice for mum's birthday and once for a funeral. They were both below average especially the flowers for the funeral. Paid $ 100.00 and got a small wreath. The girl who took my call, asked me what sort of flowers I wanted, she seemed to not know what flowers to use for a funeral wreath. So I told her what I'd like to see. Instead of white flowers, i got a many little greenish ones. they were also somewhat wilted. Disappointment! I know it was for a funeral but i didn't want the flowers to be dead too!I made a complaint and the owner wanted to refund half. i didn't accept as it was besides the point. We want value for money.Being a local, I wanted to give them another chance and support local business. The 3rd time, I rang up and spoke to the owner personally and she did a good job and gave me a discount for the flowers.Yesterday my daughter got flowers for both my mum and myself. I tell you, the disappointment was all over her face when she gave me the bouquet. It looked like a half hearted job. Both roses in the bouquet, have wilted petals, and there are lots of geranium leaves. I don't know how much she paid for these. But i've told her to never get flowers from Veda anymore and I will never again either. No more.

The flowers that were delivered were nothing like the bunch I ordered and paid $ for and they were delivered to the wrong house :(

Worst delivery experience ever, placed an order for chocolate and Flowers delivery worth 300$ on 19 August but still the flowers were not delivered on 20 August. I would request Veda botanic to stop claiming that you deliver same day, when you are not able to fullfil next day delivery.

I regularly buy flowers from them for all occasions, and consistently get comments from people on the style, uniqueness and quality of the flowers. The service and flowers are simply incredible and I will continue to purchase from them over the years.

Really nice flowers and plants here, a little on the pricey side, but they do a very nice job.

For mu grandmas birthday party I pre-ordered and paid for 2 bunches of flowers from here, when i went to collect them the next day, i was made to wait for an hour in the hot sun because no one was attending the shop, ended up missing the start of the dinner party and when the shop owner finally arrived over an hour later she was hardly apologetic just a very entitled attitude towards her disappearance, thats no way to run a business or treat customers, will never go back to the healsville veda botanica florist

A really lovely shop! Stunning flower arrangements and very friendly helpful staff. Lots of other beautiful bits and pieces to look at too - jewellery, cards etc. Highly recommended.
