Decided to use Drop Dead Pest Control because of the excellent reviews and we were not disappointed. In fact the service exceeded our expectations, in particular, in how thorough they were in their examination/spraying and when Brad went above and beyond to assist in minimising the likelihood of termite infestation. Will definitely be using them again.

Steven Morson attended my property along with my neighbours house to conduct a general pest control on the 27/05. Steven was not only highly professional but very detailed when answering my questions and just an absolute lovely gentleman. I was very impressed when he arrived and immediately noticed that i dont wear shoes inside and without a single word Steven took his shoes off. To me, this displayed such a high level of respect! Thank you Steven I cant praise you enough! Drop Dead Pest Control, you have a very valuable employee. Thank you - ill see you next year.

After having a terrible experience with another possum removal company, I contacted Drop Dead and I'm happy to report that the experience I had with these guys was so Professional and very reasonable cost. Fiona and Mark attended my premises, they are lovely people to deal with, very professional, on time, great communication, explained their process and cost (no hidden extras), carried out the work to full extent as they advised they will. Drop Dead Pest control were very easy to deal with. They were flexible when we need to change our booking at the last minute. Isaac was very professional and thorough when he came to our home, and we could see the effects of the spray almost immediately. We also loved that the chemicals are natural, and that we or our dog did not need to leave the home. We will be back for our annual service!
