Call me a Karen but as an ex KFC employee at multiple stores I’m really unimpressed… multiple staff were out of uniform (Nike trackies, hoodies, AirPods in), multiple were on their phones in clear view of customers, one was chewing gum, I get it - it’s your first job, you’re 14/15/16, you have higher priorities but going against OHS and KFC policies in front of customers seems completely unacceptable to me. If it weren’t for the fact that there were multiple people in the lobby and a full screen I would also be complaining about the fact that I waited 40 minutes from when I placed my app order til I got it. The most a customer should wait is 20 minutes and that’s if there isn’t enough chicken so they need to wait for a new batch. Especially disappointed given I placed an app order, which generally implies faster service. Maybe a more assertive manager would’ve been helpful for the kids working.

21/11/22 7pm, walked into the Warwick store with 2 staff emptying the outside bin (1 bin) leaving rubbish on the tables, the inside dining was disgustingly messy with all tables not being wiped down. Inside bins were full. No other customers. My daughter asked for table to be wiped down and she was handed the cleaning product and a cloth (please note we were there to dine in and no other tables were done the entire time we were there, inside and out) Presentation/cleanliness of the store should be a top priority whether busy or not. Its not that hard. Customer service should be done with a smile, very rare in this store. On top of that the chicken was dry. This store needs to do better and be able to have some pride in what your selling.

Appalling service. Load music and dancing is all that was going on. Sunday night ordered waited 35 mins. THEY FORGOT!!! No apologies. Nothing. And the food was cold when I did get it. Never go there. U less you want a rave.

Friendly staff and fresh tasty food at all times. Drive through often shuts fifteen minutes before closing time but you can still walk in through the front doors. Customer first centricity lacks a little bit on this. Atmosphere is nice inside, there are sometimes people fighting or drinking in the outdoor eating area.

We have been going to KFC Warwick for 15 years. They had always been slow and taken forever, I always dreaded having to go there. But tonight I was astounded. The food was hot. Service was friendly and very fast. They've finally hired great staff. Well done.

We went through the drive thru at 8:30 on Saturday night sixth of may and received the most appalling customer service. ): we said thankyou have a good night and the lady with no name badge slammed the window in our face, rudely walked away shaking her head and pointing at us with her coworker. I was truely shocked. The packaging looked inviting only to open up to a rude surprise. Fries were a lengthy wait and it was like we ordered salt with fries on the side. The chicken was over cooked dry inside and oily on the outside. Honestly would be better if this place was ran by robots. A refund that I did not receive of my wasted $20.95 wouldn’t even fix this.

Staff were friendly enough, they had very little of their menu available though we finally found items that were available. We ordered and they upgraded a drink for the trouble. Then left out the chicken from our Ultimate Box...so really just a burger and chips our other order a double tender burger. Chips were cold and so were the buns the burgers were in.Seriously disappointing!!!

Consistently the worst fast food provider in the STATE!Un cooked chips. Paid over $4 for extra piece of chicken and got a wing.Terrible operator delivering a bad name to the brand.
