Ten checkouts yet only 1 open. Had 4 ppl in front of me so waited quite awhile. It's just a ploy to get ppl to self serve well FECK THAT!!!! I won't be serving myself, no freaking way.

The finest, most patient staff I've ever seen. I don't know how they do it. Big shout out to Josh, Kerry and Corey and all the staff. Always helpful and always friendly. People whinge and whine on here. Want good service? Be good customers. Simple. Inala would have to have not only the nicest customers, but also the rudest ever. I feel sorry for the staff as they not only have to deal with ferals. Also shoplifters who think they are excluded from paying like everybody else does. I saw a woman stopped at 8 in the morning trying to steal a pack of pies. That's what the staff has to put up with.

If you want fresh produce don't bother shopping here. All our options for lettuce were wilted and dead. The mushrooms on show were moulding. No hate to the lovely service staff but I don't think their produce team cares.

I usually have an alright experience here but the last couple of visits I have been disappointed in the staff and the managers. They are very condescending to me and make rude comments about me being in a wheelchair and my disabilities. I be been hit from behind repeatedly by staff and not so much as an apology. When I have asked to speak to the manager on duty, I was told they are busy and to come back another day. Alright fair took me multiple incidents to see a manager and when I did I was brushed off and told that no one can see me. I’m sorry by my wheelchair is neon orange and when I suggested re educating their staff around appropriate interactions with those with disabilities I was told it’s not their responsibility I’m extremely disappointed and hope something will be done about this.

QLD THE WORST SERVICE Woolworth I have ever been to. The staff are extremely rude to customers, not only their languages and attitude you can see from their facial expressions that how much they hate their job and customers, particularly the ladies in the customer service section. They don’t have customer service at all, shame!

A lady in a orange shirt was rolling around in the store and threw a packet of lotus biskoff at me over a shelf when I left the aisle to go find the person who threw a lotis biscoff packet at me I saw her and only her in that aisle so it must be her I will never go here again to ensure my safety

Very bad service. The older staff at the customer service was EXTREMELY RUDE.Then they don't even do refunds when I have all the receipts with me. Since the price is the same everywhere, don't waste your time going there.
