Got the deep stains out but left a lot of water marks on the carpet :/

We hired Mick to do and end of lease carpet clean and I am so glad we did! He was professional, did a great job on the carpets and took pride in his finish. He asked me about what caused all of the stains prior to commencement which gave him the ability to ensure they were removed correctly. Mick also gave me great advice on cleaning some of the different surfaces within the house. Mick was also one of the most polite and friendly people I have come across in recent years. He helped me with a couple of other problems that cropped up at cleaning time and was only too happy to step in with a kind word and great advice. I will be calling on him again any time we need cleaning services and will be letting others in the area know who to call when required. Great service, great product. Mick knows his trade thoroughly and he is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. Thoroughly recommend Mick's Property service to anyone!

Left our carpet stains much worse than what they were before her came. He left water marks and stains and would not answer our multiple calls to come and have a look at it and fix the damage. Poor attitude for a local businessman. Will find a reputable local carpet cleaner to come and fix it up.
