Dubitz Electric Scooters West End

Good blokes who know what they are doing but like most places they don't test how well the brakes have been readjusted. Every single time I go to any repair place it's obvious they haven't tested the brake alignment properly. They make that continuous grinding noise whilst also not working anywhere near as well as when I dropped it off with a flat tire! Not good enough guys.

Awesome service went in because I thought I had a puncture but Andrea informed me I need to inflate my Tyers every 3 days 70 psi. All good now thanks for the tip.

Just bought a Hero S8 e-scooter from Dubitz, West End. They have a good range, good price, very helpful advice and service. I would highly recommended a visit to this shop if you are considering buying an e-scooter.

Would not really recommend them. Took forever to assess repairs to my scooter and kept promising dates the parts would arrive. When I got fed up and just went into their store to grab my scooter - they said this is not a very good brand you purchased blah blah. They quoted me almost double of what they initially quoted to get the repairs done. Furthermore - they did not put all the parts back together - there were missing parts from my scooter. They also charged me a $100 fee for assessing which I feel is really excessive. Would never return here again. Totally useless. I only really went to them because of Google reviews but I am not sure if all their reviews are legitimate with a lot of 1 review only reviewers.

Scooter runs beautifully, really fast turn over; they were able to fix my flat tire, affix a rear mud guard and give a general service that day! As opposed to literally everywhere else which quoted a week to a month + fair price too. Thanks :)

Just visited this place for the 2nd time. The service is great as usual. The staffs are friendly. The result of the service is also good. Will recommend other e scooter rider to repair in this place.

the boss is very friendly, we don't know any knowledge about scooter, and he can explain those to us very nicely, high appreciate this store!
